Shipping Policy

All orders will receive free shipping and are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We currently do not ship internationally.

Our approximate delivery times are:

USPS Priority: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.

**Please add 1-2 days for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items purchased from MyHomeEnvironment.com, you are able to return or exchange any unused and unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service at customerservice@MyHomeEnvironment.com to receive a return label and further instructions. You may be charged a small shipping and handling fee depending on the nature of your return.
