Do your bamboo sheets wrinkle?

Wrinkle free sheets are finished with a chemical process to keep them from wrinkling. That chemical process generally includes the use of formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is predominantly used as an embalming fluid and is a toxin. Home Environment sheets are NOT finished or coated in formaldehyde. Therefore, our sheets will get a natural wrinkle when you sleep on them, but this will come out when you launder the sheets and fold while the sheets are still warm.
What comes in a sheet set?

Each queen, king, and cal-king sheet set includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillowcases.
What’s the thread count on the sheets?

Bamboo thread count is very different from other fabric thread counts. Although a higher thread count does make for better-quality sheets, the quality of the fibers is more important than their number. That's why bamboo sheets usually feel softer than Egyptian cotton, even though they have a smaller thread count. Our Classic Home Environment sheet is 250 but the feel is softer than 1,000-thread-count Egyptian cotton.
Is thread count the only thing that matters when picking sheets?

We stand for thread quality, not thread count. While thread count is important, it’s not the only thing that matters when it comes to choosing the finest-quality bedding. This is even more true when speaking to bamboo. In addition, thread quality can outweigh thread count in many situations. In addition, construction is the other big factor. The type of weave and insertion can determine if your sheets will stand the test of time. Home Environment sheets go through a rigorous process as well as have an outstanding construction to assure longevity.
Are your products Oeko-Tex Certified?

Yes, we are Oeko-Tex certified. Oeko-Tex certifies non-hazardous end-products and all of their components. Products that carry the Standard 100 label have been tested and proven free of harmful levels of toxic substances.
What are your wash instructions?

We recommend that you wash your Home Environment sheets in cold or warm water using a mild, eco-friendly detergent and no bleach, fabric softener or dryer balls. Also, tumble dry on medium heat. Remove and fold sheets promptly while still warm to avoid wrinkles.
What detergent do you recommend?

We recommend mild, eco-friendly detergents such as Seventh Generation, Mrs. Meyers, Botanical Origins, ECOS, Nellies and Blueland.
How can I reduce wrinkles in my sheets when taking them out of the dryer?

In the last 10 minutes of their drying cycle, turn the dryer to high heat. Then remove promptly and fold.
How quickly do you ship orders?

All orders received Monday through Friday by noon EST will ship out of our fulfillment center in 1 - 2 business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
What shipping methods do you use?
